Guitar Lessons - Audio Engineering

Welcome All!

Larry’s music career began in the 2nd grade as a piano student of Rosinka Campbell.  He studied with her throughout his childhood years and began playing the trumpet from junior high through high school. In his sophomore year, he began taking guitar, voice, songwriting,  and audio engineering lessons from Rob Hamon at a major music store chain in Texas.  After a couple of years, Rob mentored him on the methods of teaching guitar lessons and audio engineering professionally and soon offered him his own teaching position.  Larry taught guitar lessons and sold musical instruments for many years.  He began performing with bands, singing and playing keyboards,  electric/acoustic guitar and also solo classical guitar sets in venues around the country.

Family Harmony

“I have  been blessed to have members of my family who are musically gifted and who have performed through the years.  My father plays the trumpet, mother the piano, my sons – bass, drums, trumpet, french horn, mandolin, fiddle, guitar, violin and piano. Performances with some of the family have included festivals and venues all over, for instance,  the main entrance stage at Bethel Woods Center For Performing Arts on the 40th anniversary of Woodstock and street stage at the Honesdale Roots and Rhythm Festival.  My sons offer their talents and assist in recording on tracks by request within DreamCatcher Music Studio.” – Larry K.
